About Us
Our Story
Our story originally began over 50 years ago, when Grandpa & Grandma moved to the farm and started milking cows.
In 2004, Papa & Mom, with 3 small children, moved into the farmhouse. For a family side gig, in 2006, we started selling raw milk out of the garage, with a cash box on a cotton tablecloth. A year later, Grandpa was making cheese, and Grandma added her touch by supplying fresh-baked goods.
As a young family, Mom & Papa cared about what they were feeding their children. They began changing practices in gardening and animal raising. Transitioning to more regenerative views, they put up 20 acres of fence, and the cows met grass for the first time!
Fast forward to 2016. Grandpa is delivering milk to multiple retail stores and a few markets, making business more than a side gig.
After downsizing the herd and closing our milk contract with the Co-op, we moved the store to what was originally built as a heifer barn. This gave us room to expand our inventory to include specialty bulk foods, and our own grass-fed beef.
The third generation of 9 children is growing up, bringing more talents to use and dreams to chase. The opportunities for growth are becoming vast. It’s a true joy to have the whole family invested in the farm in various ways!
Today, the desire to provide authentic, nutritious food for our community is stronger than ever, and it’s at the core of everything we do.
